Rhythms of Heaven

This site is currently undergoing transition - from a focus on fine art,
to the cultivation of holistic health with the Kingdom perspective.

I am currently studying herbalism through Herbal Academy, and soon, I plan to start studying for my Holistic Functional Medicine Coaching Certification through KCNH! I'm not sure where the Lord will lead the changing of design on this website, so I'm keeping it simple for now.

My dream is to be able to help people (my heart especially longs to support women) learn to care for their bodies in this modern, fast-paced, ultra-processed time - how to slow down, create nourishing plates, and follow the leading of Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit, every step of the way.

He is walking me through the endurance and learning of these difficult processes in this season to prepare me to help you! So you don't have to figure it all out alone.

If you'd like to stay tuned as my online spaces change, feel free to
sign up for my monthly newsletter down below! I also have a YouTube channel where I'm logging my progress visually :)
